Rates

Rates are subject to change without notice. A tax of 13% is built into our nightly rates.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Due to the intimate size of Reunion, cancellations have a material impact on our operations and other potential Guests. As such, we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy as outlined below.

When you book “Stay Your Way” with Reunion, a credit card is required to secure your reservation. No deposit is required. Full and final non-refundable payment for your reservation is due 14 days prior to check-in. Reservations can be cancelled 15 days or more before check-in without penalty.

No credit or refund will be given, in whole or in part, for days not used resulting from late arrival or early departure.

We highly recommend purchasing travel protection insurance. Please ensure you purchase fully refundable and changeable airline tickets. All travel-related expenses both to and from Reunion are the sole responsibility of Guests.

Payments

All payments are received in US dollars. Payments can be made through credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express) or wire transfer.

Wire transfers must be previously arranged with our Guest Services department, and proof of bank transactions must be sent by e-mail to
connection@reunionwellness.org.
Please note, most banks charge a $10 – $25 wire transfer fee for international transactions. Intermediary banks may also charge a fee. Please check with your bank at the time of making the wire to ensure your payment to Reunion is received in full. Any outstanding amounts resulting from wire transfers will be added to your Guest Statement and charged at the end of your stay.

Arrival & Departures

Reunion check-in is from 4:00 pm Costa Rica time onwards. Check-out is 10:00 am.

Smoking

Reunion is a non-smoking and non-vaping property. If you smoke or vape, please expect and plan not to be able to do so throughout your time at Reunion. Per Act 9028 of Costa Rica, smoking and/or vaping is prohibited in Guest Rooms, Indoor Facilities and Public Spaces. If a Guest violates the stipulation above and smokes and/or vapes on the property, they will be charged the sum of $500, which shall be paid in cash or charged to their credit card.

Children

Please note that we are an adults-only property. Children under 16 years of age are not permitted to stay at Reunion.

Pets

No pets are permitted on property.

Responsibility / Loss or Damage to Property

Reunion is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal equipment and/or property during your stay with us, or during your participation in any of our arranged activities including but not limited to any loss or damage to vehicles or property contained within such whilst parked in or entering/leaving the premises.

We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience, which may be caused directly or indirectly by events outside our control such as travel delays on international or domestic flights, civil disturbances, fire, flood, severe weather, pandemics, COVID, strikes, acts of God, acts of government, or failure of any machinery or equipment to the extent that such circumstances makes it illegal or impossible for Reunion to provide, or for individuals in general, to use Reunion’s facilities.

Health & Safety

  • Reunion values all Guests’ safety, experiences, and personal boundaries. We expect our Guests do the same. The following offences will not be tolerated, and will result in being asked to leave the property without a refund at the sole discretion of Reunion:
    • Sexual harassment toward any of the guests or staff.
    • Behavior that puts your own or others’ safety at risk.
    • Repetitive disruptive behaviors that create discomfort for other guests or significantly interferes with other guests.
    • The use of substances/drugs of any kind taken or consumed at Reunion.
    • Theft of any kind – we aim to cultivate an environment of trust and respect, where every person and their belongings are safe and secure.
  • Reunion staff reserves the right to ask anyone to leave at any time at our discretion.
  • We require that all Guests agree to and sign our Information Form & Waiver upon check-in.
  • We do not share personal or contact information between Guests without the explicit permission of the Guest.
